‘Big Bam City’ is a galloping heartbreaker and a natural progression from ‘High Noon’ the stand out track from Velvet’s last highly lauded EP which dropped just back in March.

Kristin states her inspiration for the track came from the famous dance scene in Fritz Lang’s ‘Metropolis’, ‘I was channeling some False Maria robot power, the track won’t destroy a city and its men but hopefully a few dance floors.’

Rather aptly titled ‘The Answer’ is a powerful and infectious (we hate to use this word) BANGER! The fist pump inducing break is masterfully played off by a what Velvet describes a ‘joyously drunk and very encouragable’ piano melody.

Expertly produced these two exceptional sure to be summer anthems will no doubt serve to cement Kristin Velvet as one of house music’s most promising emerging characters.
