Myk Derill debuts on CREDO with three stunning approaches of how to transfer minimalism into a sound that doesn`t appear to be minimal at all. Right from the low ends up to the very last high frequency everything forms and performs where how it ́s supposed to impressively.

Myk Derill’s transit into electronic dance music was a steady one. His early infuences involved a plethora of musical genres & that eclecticism still motivates him today. A rock edge, punk stance, funk / hip hop riffs all rooted their way in as ideas to expand.

In 2005, he began to produce & turn those ideas into reality. At first, Myk found inspiration from his friends at Fachwerk Records but then went on to decisively strengthen his own unrivaled sound. This sound never sacrifices on that element of soul or that dash of funk that killah techno with heart / groove requires.

Myk wants to take us into experimental, other worldly dimensions but human or alien…it has to resonate with something deep inside. Clear-cut of his true sound & directive, he steps into a future of rousing, fired-up projects & continued international gigs…Keep on keepin on Myk Derill style!
