The title of our upcoming release on Authentisch Records this time sounds very poetic – for a reason. The title ‘Ein kleines Lied’ – ‘a little song’ – not only describes a track name but a whole poem embedded in it.

Known for his poetic German vocals in his tracks, producer and DJ Gruener Starr from Osnabrück once again sets his trademark in his title track of our latest EP.

The poem lines throughout the whole track build a fascinating contrast to the dark minimal beats, percussions and trippy sound samples. In his stunning remix, Switzlerland-based artist John Haden also points out the vocal parts and shows his passion for dark growling basslines paired with trippy and dark atmospheres.

Minus artist Elmar Strathe from Cologne adds a distorted 303 bassline in his remix, which builds up slowly until in the middle of the track it explodes in wild ride action and acid thunder.

The minimalistic ‘Nehcal’ by Gruener Starr rounds up the release and is also characterized by its technoid, dark mood for listeners with a love for small sound details. Once again, the artist points out his love for vocals which this time are floating in the background.
