Following the recent release of debut single “Kukushka”, the audio/visual entrancement that is the Roe Deers have launched their highly anticipated EP “Rush”. Still embracing their trademark metallic percussion and punk attitude, the Lithuanian two-piece are bringing more progression and intensity to the mix, with five impressive new tracks.

From humble beginnings, Liudus and Oskaras have transformed a once small time club DJ set into an all-encompassing synesthetic experience. Meeting when they were teenagers, the pair developed a shared taste for what sounds right on a dance floor and endeavored to exceed it.

Following a clear and often monotonic pattern, “Rush” pushes the boundaries of expectancy, with added melodic textures and stirring layering of beats. “Vex” brings a perfect example of breaking from the uniformity, whilst other standout track “Solo”, provides that anarchic industrial feel perfect for the underground club scene.

An EP set to impose on dance floors across the globe with its mast of mysticism and hysteria, there’s only one choice but to enjoy the “Rush”.
