Do it for love. In these words can be explained the theory of Alfredo Di Santo that is constantly moved by the passion and the love for the music. Grown up in the classic sounds of the piano and the vintage vinyls, he started to explore the music and step by step he added new pieces to his music culture, that evolves day by day. Having graced Boutade Musique, High Preassure Music, Goat Music and a stack more, he arrives at Nightcolours with two tasty hot originals.

‘Madala’ is a deep and moody, dubbed out slab of techness, with a heads down feel, that meanders as it swaggers. A definite feel of timeless goodness her for sure.

First up on remix duties we have ‘Eins Tiefer’, who’s known for his work on Upon You Records, takes the track and keeps the dubby feel, adding extra percussion and a swing to the groove. This subtly toughens and wanders to the tripper side as plunks and wobbliness comes in to play,

‘Gianicolo’ is a warmer affair, as layers of pads, percussion and cool fx gel to create a bit of a dance floor moment. Subtly restrained until we land at the break, where we are greeted with and uplifting and smile inducing warm blanket of happiness.

Rounding things off nicely and making his debut on the label is Paul Nolan, owner of the uber cool Chapter 24. Fresh from his work on Sasha’s Scene Delete Late Night Tales album, he Showcases his knowledge and love of many genres, taking the vibe down and druggy, creating an electronica mind warping rework that oozes of sophistication.
