Apart from being the tried and tested advice for dealing with idiots on social media, Ignore & Block is the next release from Lucidflow co-chief Nadja Lind.

Light and progressive, it establishes itself through burbling hypnotism before cresting with staccato hints of melody. It is one of those tracks that lifts your chin up from dancefloor moodiness and returns you back, starry eyed, into the synchronised community.

Ignore & Block is supported by an ample remix package. Dutch producer Estroe plucks out the melodic elements of the original and teams with a dewy pad, resulting in a low key take that endears. Nadja’s ever dependable Lucidflow comrade Helmut Ebritsch anchors his remix with a weighty kick and sprightly high end percussion. On the whole, elements are kept in check, choosing only to fully expand over the luxurious breakdowns.

Prolific Japanese producer Satoshi Fumi hits inspired form on his remix, with atonal and emotional Detroit elements riding high in the mix. Hints of funk and hints of acid truly make the interpretation soar. Last, and by no means least, is Plastic City boss Terry Lee Brown Jr, who slips into his slick deep tech gear with expected ease. Slowly layering over ten minutes, it embodies the journey aspect of the original but freezing elements in reverb where Nadja showed warmth.
