With their debut „Horizon EP“ and first imprint on „Sternbrücken“ label Bridge, they have recently left an impressive mark among the scene and suprisingly even took the German iTunes electronic charts on #31. It might be allowed to say the two guys from 7Register can be a little proud, not at least with early hipster support behind from likes of Markus Kavka (Katermukke), Joyce Muniz (Exploited), Spada (Suara Rec.), Tunnel FM, Ibiza Sonica, Byte FM, Altro Verso and Ibiza Global Radio.

And now, after the remix for FABS#’s (Mukke, Tächno) track „Shining“, which came out last week on Ton Liebt Klang the next two-tracker is waiting in the wings and continues in the melancholic but hopeful mould.

„Fuchsbau“, 7Register’s charming homage to their hometown Hamburg, comes up with a slightly distorted guitar lick accompanied by a deep winding baseline and widening stabs. They are taking their time to build it up. Polite hi-hats and a pinch of voices appearing subtle in the background, a soulful melody bring you up to molded in flogging castanets. Step into this fox burrow, find out new paths from here, take your chance to live out you life with a sense of joy.

„UNDST“ follows with a darker mood and a punctuated kick & conga beat. Riding deep vibes over the course without abondoning from its track. A subtle analog synth, whispered melodies & decent melancholy which always let’s you „UNDderSTand“ that there are two sides of the same coin. It slowly builds up its intensity between the elements, topped with smooth string patterns that hold it all together!
