Definition:Music welcomes Matt Fear to the catalogue with his gritty Peace & Night EP featuring 3 originals and a Third Son remix.

Peace & Night represents not only Matt’s debut on Definition, but also a new direction for the label, exploring a darker and more melodic side of House music.

First up is ‘Disturbing the Peace’, a track full off dirty basslines and grime-y vocals laid out in a brilliantly dark ambiance made just for the late night dance floor.

‘The Reality of It’ continues the energy with a deep bass line under crisp and full percussion. The various synth elements work together to create a thick tension throughout the track, leaving us completely ready for ‘’Night Games’, a track with a similar vibe all wrapped up in a lush and funky groove, rife with Acid influences.

Rounding off the EP, Third Son brings thick, sharp saw pads to his remix of ‘Disturbing the Peace’ to give it another shot of energy, creating a peak time track ready for the floor.
