Mallorca’s most eminent House and Techno label follow up WIki & Oneplus’ ‘Points Of View’ EP and releases from Lomez, Campaner and Christian Lamper with a collaborative project from close friend and Sub-Urban resident Guri working alongside Mallorca based songstress Eider.

With a history in House and Techno that began at 17 and with previous works released through Malo Records, Guri produces cordial and stirring Deep House music primed for brimful sunset crowds. In the ‘Black Hole’ EP he and long-term label affiliate Eider turn in three Balearic jams full of capacious synth sweeps and spectral vocal melodies.

‘Black Hole’ nestles flickering guitar strikes alongside Eider’s reverberated croon as they sit above a steadily rotating bass sequence before ‘Dancing In The Sand’ gently blooms behind subtly warped vocals and a brooding 2-note synth pattern.

‘Rainy Day’ then sets a contrasting tone from the off with a tough kick / snare pattern before Eider’s striking vocal snippets ring out and it slowly build towards a rich melodic entanglement that brings another Sub-Urban coup to a close.
