Lisbon Kid, AKA Rui Da Silva and Danny De Matos, released their self-titled debut album on Wall Of Sound last year.

The album had a limited-edition vinyl release for this year’s Record Store Day, and album opener At The End Of The Day is being released as a single on 5th May, the final single from the album.

A downtempo/chill-out affair with a plaintive male vocal, “At The End Of The Day” is flecked with gentle piano chords and slide guitar from Rui Veloso.

Chilled remixes from Justin Robertson, Lenny Ibizarre and Secret Garden Party’s Steve Sharples, sit alongside a more dancefloor-orientated remix from Alex Phountzi (Bugz In The Attic/Co Op).

Lisbon Kid have also curated an art exhibition at London’s Dissenters Gallery, inviting a number of artists including Justin Robertson, Spain’s Ana Pallares, the UK’s Sukey Parnell and New Zealand’s Hilary Mance to create works inspired by tracks from the album.
