Silence Music has been successfully exporting Lithuanian electronic music for five years now, and the best way to mark the anniversary of the flagship label, is, of course, with some music.
A special digital compilation of 20 tracks and two extra 12” have been prepared for the occasion.

The compilation SILENCE V consists from 10 original tracks and 10 remixes that have been released through Silence Music during the 5 years.
The originals have been recorded by some of the most important names in Lithuanian electronic music scene – Mario & Vidis, Leon Somov & Jazzu, Mario Basanov, Downtown Party Network, mmpsuf, Few Nolder and Kurak. The remixes have been supplied by extraordinary artists and good friends of Silence Music representing international dance community – John Daly, Trickski, Prins Thomas, Âme and Dave DK, to mention just a few.

An extra package of five dazzling new remixes will be following the compilation.
It’s a great honor to be able to include the names of Ewan Pearson, Mickey Moonlight, Seahawks, Mugwump & DC Salas as well as Eli “Soul Clap” Goldstein, Gadi Mizrahi & Nick Monaco aka Gemini Love to the catalog of Silence Music.
All of them have delivered stunning new interpretations of the five stone cold classics from the label’s back catalog in the form of SILENCE V EXTRA.

The two 12”s are worth the title of a collectors item and, together with the digital compilation, are a solid way to represent the best contemporary Lithuanian music in the worldwide context.
