For our 20th (!) release we proudly present newcomer Andreas Balicki and his sound with Daily Rhythm. The 4 track EP represents Andreas’ first work under his own name after taking time off to reevaluate his own tastes in production, while giving over one of the tracks to Mihalis Safras for remix duties.

Stepping away from his previous styles grounded in ambient and cinematic soundscapes, Andreas takes his music into tech-house territory. The title track works its magic with crisp house percussion atop a thick and heavy bass line. Vocal edits put the icing on the cake and complete the track with a dance floor friendly vibe.
‘Be Mine’ rides on a similar vibe as ‘Daily Rhythm’ but turns the energy down a bit in favor of a slow burning sensual groove. Next up, ‘Shades’ plays with a decidedly darker tone meant for the deep night.
Bottom heavy bass notes dominate, giving the track a pleasant grit.

And finally, Mihalis Safras takes ‘Daily Rhythm’ and put his own spin on it. A deep rhythmic bass line, driving percussion and a suspenseful break all collide to take the track to new heights and beautifully rounding off a fantastic debut EP.
